Thank you! Here's a list of supplies you can bring. These can be dropped off in the back of the auditorium the Sundays leading up to the event, at the table in the back.

You don't need to register—just walk in! This community clinic is in partnership with the nursing school at Bellarmine University. Below is a list of services provided (services may vary depending on our vendors): 

• Vision screenings 
  
• Glucose screenings
• General physicals 
• Over-the-counter medicines at no cost
• Wellness workshops and activities (hosted by Bellarmine)
• Dental services
• Warm meals
